Margaret (Maggie) Anderson, DDS
Joined OCH 2002

Maggie’s passion for dental health began in Haiti in 1981, when she served as a group participant volunteer assigned to assist in pulling teeth in Port-au-Prince. She pursued her education at Lawrence University, majoring in Anthropology and becoming fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. She then attended the University of Minnesota’s dental school, graduating in 2000 before moving to Portland, where she attended OHSU under a Kellogg Fellowship for Public Health Dentistry. After graduating with honors, she worked in several clinics, first joining OCH in 2002. With us, she decided to enhance her work by focusing more on children’s dental and spent a number of years working exclusively in a pediatric office in Hood River. Then after opening and operating her own dental practice in Lake Oswego for 12 years, she returned to OCH to work with us once again. In her free time, she enjoys raising her two boys, hiking, paddle-boarding, and cross-country skiing. 

Victor Cullen, DDSVictor Cullen, DDS

Dr. Cullen received a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University; a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry and completed a Dental Residency at Veterans Hospital, WI. He enjoys spending time with his family and two French bulldogs.





Evonne Nadelhoffer-Cullen, DDS

Dr. Nadelhoffer-Cullen holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University in Milwaukee WI, and completed a residency in advanced education for general dentistry at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. She has a special interest in pediatrics and oral surgery and enjoys educating patients on how oral health affects overall body health. She has lived in the Gorge since 2009 and loves spending time with her son and two dogs and enjoying the beauty of the Columbia River.        


Rebecca Flaiz- Schmidt, DDS
Joined OCH in 2012

Dr. Rebecca grew up in Hermiston, OR. She received a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Walla WallaUniversity and graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2011. She enjoys patient education and is passionate about preventative dentistry. She enjoys gardening, mycology, cooking, pottery and spending time with her family and two cats.

Dr. Kevin Prates holds a B.S. in Graphic Design and A.S. in Photography from Pacific Union College. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda School of Dentistry. Following his belief in giving back to the community, Dr. Prates has participated with the Oregon Mission of Mercy and has traveled to Nicaragua for dental mission trips providing dental services and promoting oral health care. Dr. Prates is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Oregon Dental Association. When out of the office Dr. Prates is usually spending time with his wife and two Boston Terriers out and around the Columbia Gorge.

Greg Grossman, DDS
Joined OCH in 2014

Dr. Grossman received a BA in Molecular Biology from University of Colorado in Boulder, CO before attending the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine to study dentistry. After dental school Dr. Grossman served as an officer in the Public Health Service, National Health Service Corps, and was stationed in Eagle Butte, SD on the Cheyenne River Sioux reservation. He went on to practice for over 25 years in his own private practice in downtown Denver, CO. He feels very fortunate to have found One Community Health, where he enjoys working with staff and patients. Greg and his wife Carolyn have one daughter. He enjoys outdoor activities, playing guitar, and is working on improving his conversational Spanish.

Dr. Piatt grew up in a small Oregon coastal town with limited access to health care. During dental school, she pursued several opportunities to explore public health including two dental service trips to serve in the Kingdom of Tonga, Give Kids a Smile, Mission of Mercy, and Northwest Medical Team. She has an invested and genuine desire to serve patients with barriers to care and embraces the mission at One Community Health that advocates for the advancement of comprehensive and holistic health for all members in the community. Dr. Piatt holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Northern Arizona University and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, Ariz. She is thankful to return to her home state where she and her husband will raise their three children. She enjoys the simplicity of the outdoors, cooking, Crossfit, and exploring the beautiful Columbia Gorge!

Colin Taggart, DMD

Dr. Colin Taggart was born and raised in Portland, Ore. He spent his undergraduate years at the University of Puget Sound, majoring in biology and minoring in music. He then decided to spend two years working as a program leader with Portland’s Outdoor School Program before beginning his studies at the Oregon Health & Sciences University School of Dentistry. While in dental school, he gave much of his time to community health events and found a calling in serving those with the most limited access to basic health care. His general practice residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill afforded him the opportunity to further expand his scope of practice before coming home to the Pacific Northwest. When he’s not pursuing his passion of improving his community’s health, he may be rock climbing, making music, paragliding or learning Spanish.


Mary Davidson, MPH, RDH, EPP

Mary Davidson, MPH, RDH, EPPMary Davidson obtained a B.S. in Dental Hygiene in 1978 at Georgia Health & Science University School of Dentistry. She earned her Master of Public Health degree from Walden University. Mary serves on the Oregon Board of Dentistry as one of two hygienists. She is a member of the Oregon Dental Hygienists’ Association, the American Public Health Association, the American Association of Public Health Dentistry, and the Oregon Rural Health Association. Mary works with two national dental and dental hygiene testing agencies and provides educational training as well as serving on various committees. Her Oregon permits and endorsements include Nitrous Oxide, Expanded Practice, Local Anesthesia, and Restorative Functions. Mary spearheads OCH Dental Hygiene outreach to The Dalles Veteran’s Home and a two county school-based sealant program. She is currently on Portland Community College’s Dental Hygiene Advisory Board. She was a member of the First Tooth Advisory Board and Carrington College Dental Hygiene Advisory Board. She has participated with multiple volunteer organizations such as The Tooth Taxi, Mission of Mercy, and Give Kids a Smile Day, providing a variety of dental hygiene services. Mary and her husband live on a farm located south of The Dalles, Oregon.  

Kimberly Harris, RDH, EPP

Kimberly holds an Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Mount Hood Community College and her Oregon permits and endorsements include nitrous oxide, expanded practice and local anesthesia. She volunteers at Give Kids a Smile Day and the School Sealant Program. Kim enjoys promoting health and wellness through dental hygiene and enjoys serving all patients, especially the underserved and uninsured/underinsured. She is married with two sons and has lived in the Gorge since 1997. In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking and hiking.  


Sylvianna (Silver) Marquez, RDH, EPP, BS

DSC_0021 5x7 Silver M colorBorn and raised in Hood River, Silver obtained her bachelor’s of science in Dental Hygiene in 2015 at Oregon Institute of Technology. Her Oregon permits and endorsements include nitrous oxide, expanded practice permit, and local anesthesia. Upon being hired at OCH, she has served as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and since continued her educational pursuits to earn her license in Dental Hygiene. Among Silver’s favorite professional pastimes, she has enjoyed volunteering at our annual Give Kids a Smile Day and for the School Sealant Program. As a Hood River native, she loves where she grew up and the community in which she lives, which inspires her to give back and do her best at OCH every day. When not on the clock, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, baking, and traveling.


Cam’ille (Camie) Klantchnek RDH, BS, EPP

Camie K color  2015 (4)Camie Klantchnek obtained her bachelor’s of science in Dental Health from Pacific University in 2011. She has had experience working in both private practice and public health.  During her senior year of hygiene school, she worked as a student intern treating patients at One Community Health. After graduation, Camie became a permanent employee. Without a doubt, Camie has a passion and drive to work in public health. She loves educating her patients about their oral health and chose to work at OCH because she wanted to give back to her community and provide quality care to those in need. Growing up in Hood River, Camie was a long time patient of OCH, formerly known as “La Clínica del Cariño.” In the past, Camie has volunteered her time at the Portland Mission of Mercy, Give Kids a Smile, Binational Week, and Project Homeless. On her days off, you can find Camie exploring the Gorge with her husband and two boxers, Lucy and Tucker. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, hiking, camping, traveling, and doing Cross Fit.
