Schedule a COVID-19 Vaccine or Booster

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone ages 6 months and older stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccination by completing a primary series and receiving the most recent booster dose recommended for them. COVID-19 vaccines are available daily at One Community Health. Walk-in appointments are available as schedules allow. Appointments are available during open hours at the School-Based Health Center at Hood River Valley High School.

OCH staff have administered over 27,000 vaccine doses to date!

  • You can schedule your booster above now!

    If you're 65 and older, you can get one more bivalent shot four months after your first one. Most individuals with certain kinds of immunocompromise who have received a bivalent COVID-19 vaccine may receive a single additional dose of a bivalent COVID-19 vaccine at least 2 months following a dose of a bivalent COVID-19 vaccine, and additional doses may be administered at the discretion of, and at intervals determined by, their healthcare provider. However, for immunocompromised individuals 6 months through 4 years of age, eligibility for additional doses depends on the vaccine previously received. (Source: Food & Drug Administration)

    • For 6 months or older, OCH is offering the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines.

  • Vaccines are available for OCH patients and all community members. You can schedule online or call or text to schedule.

  • There is no charge for the COVID-19 vaccine. We will bill your insurance for the cost of administering the vaccine if you have it, but you will never see a bill. You will be vaccinated for free if you do not have insurance.
