La Clínica is staffed by a bilingual team that includes a Family Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Certified Community Health Worker. The name “La Clínica” holds a special place in the hearts of our staff, patients, and community. One Community Health’s name from 1986 to 2013, we know that this name still carries the spirit of our origins. Many of the services you can access at our permanent locations are accessible at La Clínica, including:
