Vaccinations for older adults
Today, nearly nine out of 10 deaths from COVID-19 are among people 65 and over, and 70-85% of seasonal flu-related deaths occur in older adults, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. While lifesaving vaccines are available, research shows COVID-19 vaccine uptake has slowed among older adults. If you're 65 and older it is recommended that you receive the updated 2023/2024 COVID vaccine formula.

Vaccinations for children
Immunizations are an excellent way to protect your child against many childhood diseases.The childhood immunization schedule, or childhood vaccine schedule, is the list of common vaccines the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends most children should receive. Covid-19 Public Health Emergency Has Ended
With the Public Health Emergency (PHE) officially ending May 11th, 2023, much of the funding and flexibility that helped us and many other healthcare providers to expand testing, vaccination, coverage, and access to care is changing. At One Community Health we welcome everyone, regardless of whether you have insurance or your ability to pay.

COVID-19 Vaccine or Booster
COVID-19 vaccines are available daily at OCH. Walk-in appointments are available as schedules allow. Appointments are available during open hours at the School-Based Health Center at Hood River Valley High School.

We will bill your insurance for the vaccine if you have it. While the majority of individuals will not be charged, there's no guarantee.
