Oregon Mask Requirement Update | April 2023

Starting April 3, 2023 Oregon Health Authority will lift mask requirements in health care settings*

Everyone should feel welcome to continue wearing a mask based on your choice/need. We recommend that you wear a mask while visiting OCH, especially if you have symptoms like cough or runny nose.😷

OCH provides free COVID boosters, flu vaccines, and antiviral treatments for COVID and flu for all members of the community. We will also continue to have N95 masks available and at-home test kits for those at high risks for infection.

To schedule a COVID or flu vaccination, please call 541.386.6380, or click HERE.

To learn more on masking, please visit Oregon Health Authority HERE.

* Please note some health care setting may decide to continue requiring masks after the statewide requirement is lifted.

Protect your family from flu, RSV, and COVID

Getting a COVID-19 booster and flu shot is the best way to slow the spread of both diseases. Flu shots are now FREE for people without insurance.

Flu vaccines are recommended for all adults and children 6 months and older. COVID-19 boosters are recommended for all adults and children 6 months and older. There is no vaccine for RSV. Other ways to protect yourself and your family include:

  • Wash hands frequently

  • Disinfect high-touch areas around your home and work area (door handles, TV remote, computer keyboards, etc.)

  • Wear a mask in crowded indoor spaces

  • Cover your cough

  • Stay home if you are sick

  • Avoid touching your face and eyes

One Community Health provides free COVID boosters and flu vaccines for all members of the community.
