Overdose Awareness Walk
On August 23, 2025, we invite you to join us for the Overdose Awareness Walk, a community event aimed at raising awareness about overdose prevention. This event brings together individuals, families, and organizations to honor those who have lost their lives to overdose and to support those who are struggling with addiction.
The walk begins at One Community Health - The Dalles at 9 am. It will be a meaningful and impactful experience as we come together to remember loved ones, raise awareness, and advocate for change. By participating in this walk, you will be showing your support for those affected by addiction and helping to reduce the stigma surrounding this issue.
When: August 23rd, 2025 | 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Where: Walk begins at One Community Health on Webber Street, then down West 6th Street street to the Cherry Heights Rd intersection and then walk back to Webber Street back to OCH - The Dalles Clinic.
The resource fair will be at One Community Health - The Dalles Clinic after the walk.
We encourage you to wear purple. Signs and memorials are welcome.
