OCH’s Patient Care Advocates (PCAs) will help you and your employees navigate insurance eligibility, applications, renewals, and available discount programs. They are certified Oregon Health Plan and Washington Medicaid assisters. For questions specifically related to insurance and financial assistance, contact our PCA team at 541-386-6380 Ext. 20.
