Education/Background: Dr. Prairie obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. She became active in social justice groups oriented toward child welfare which ultimately led her to working at a homeless advocacy based law-firm in San Francisco after graduation. She became interested in how mental health issues served as barriers to housing and healthcare and returned to obtain her Master's and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis. She provides therapy and psychological assessment services and specializes in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) treatment and LGBTQIA+ issues. She makes it a priority to make therapy a safe space for all, including sexual minorities and gender non-conforming individuals.
