Education/Background: Originally from Michigan, Sondi Koch ventured out to the Pacific Northwest after earning her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. She worked as a research scientist with the Traumatic Brain Injury Research group at the University of Washington and Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA. She then earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR. The program introduced her to La Clínica del Cariño (now One Community Health) through a clinical rotation in primary care. She loves working with all age groups and taking the time to foster trusting relationships with her patients. She particularly enjoys helping patients prevent disease and live a healthy lifestyle.
