Education/Background: Middy is passionate about providing quality family and primary care, preventative health, adolescent and pediatric care, and substance use care. In addition to his work in family medicine, he is also experienced in urgent care, tuberculosis, infectious disease, and LGBTQIA+ care, including hormone treatment. He loves the Gorge community's commitment to looking out for and helping all of its members. In addition to medical Spanish, he speaks conversational French and Tajik/Dari/Farsi.
