Pharmacy Locker Box Closure

Dear One Community Health Patients,

The Hood River prescription locker will be closed starting December 29, 2025 for maintenance. We expect it to reopen later that week.

Because of the holiday, you can pick up prescriptions from the Hood River locker until December 26, 2025.

Any prescriptions not picked up by then will be sent to our main pharmacy in The Dalles. You can pick them up there until the Hood River locker is open again.

Why is the Hood River prescription locker closed?
The prescription locker at our Hood River clinic will be closed for maintenance so we can make important upgrades and improvements.

When will the locker be closed?
The locker will be closed starting Monday, December 29, and is expected to reopen later that week.

What happens if I don’t pick up my prescription before the locker closes?
Any prescriptions not picked up before 6:00 pm on Friday, December 26 will be returned to our main pharmacy in The Dalles.

Where can I pick up my prescription if it’s returned?
Returned prescriptions will be available at our main pharmacy in The Dalles, located on the 1st floor of the One Community Health Clinic.

Will locker service return?
Yes. We expect the locker to reopen later in the week once maintenance is complete.
