Washington Medicare Advantage Plan Update

Important Update Regarding Medicare Advantage Plans in Skamania and Klickitat Counties

Dear One Community Health Patient, 

Starting January 1, 2026, Medicare Advantage plans offered in Skamania and Klickitat Counties DO NOT include One Community Health as an in-network provider.  

This means that if you have a Medicare Advantage plan, your care is not covered at One Community Health, and you will need to pay out-of-pocket. Contact your plan and ask about your out-of-network coverage. 

You are not impacted if:  

• You have Original Medicare Parts A and B. 

• You also have Apple Health (Medicaid) and are enrolled in one of the following Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP): Molina Medicare D-SNP, Wellpoint D-SNP, Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) D-SNP, and UnitedHealthcare D-SNP. 

One Community Health will stay in network for Original Medicare and Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans.  

Enrollment timelines: 

• Annual Medicare Enrollment Period: Oct 15–Dec 7, 2025. Any changes take effect Jan 1, 2026. 

• Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment: Jan 1–Mar 31, 2026. If you start 2026 in a Medicare Advantage plan, you may change plans or return to Original Medicare during this time.
