Jack expresses a passion for community-based care. He impressed us with his compassionate and curious nature and a charming and humble approach to both staff and patients. His commitment to practicing full spectrum family medicine in underserved and underrepresented communities stems from his early life experiences growing up in a rural west Texas community.
