She specializes in chronic health conditions, stress management, lifestyle changes, substance use disorders, trauma, and anxiety disorders. She has completed extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.
