One Community Health will maintain COVID-19 antiviral treatments at all our clinics for uninsured people as long as supplies remain available. You can call us at 541-386-6380 to check on availability.
Similar to vaccines, access to COVID-19 antiviral treatments will continue with no out-of-pocket costs for nearly all individuals. After the transition to the traditional health care market, out-of-pocket expenses for certain treatments, such as Paxlovid and Lagevrio (Molnupiravir), may change, depending on an individual’s health care coverage, similar to costs that one may experience for other covered drugs. Medicaid programs will continue to cover COVID-19 treatments without cost sharing through September 30, 2024.
Do you think you have COVID-19 and are you unable to come to a clinic?
If you are a patient of One Community Health please contact us at 541.386.6380 for Hood River and Oregon clinics, 509.493.2133 for White Salmon, and 509.427.4212 for Stevenson.
If you are not a patient of One Community Health, we recommend getting treatment from your regular doctor to ensure continuity of healthcare. If you cannot make it into your clinic or test-to-treat center you can use the Home Test to Treat program to request Paxlovid or other medicines that treat COVID.
Home Test to Treat is a program funded by the National Institutes of Health focused on providing COVID-19 care and treatment for adults who are at greater risk of being affected by COVID-19. Adults who do not currently have COVID-19 or flu may enroll and receive free tests if they are uninsured or are enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, the Veterans Affairs health care system, or the Indian Health Services. Individuals who are currently positive for COVID-19 can enroll to receive telehealth services for COVID-19 and treatment (if prescribed) at no cost. Informational flyers are available in English and Spanish.
