Covid-19 Testing Options

We are currently testing anyone who wants a test - you do not need to be a patient of OCH. You have a few options for testing:

  • To schedule call us at (541) 386-6380 or schedule an appointment online. All tests are by appointment only.

  • OCH offers convenient drive-up rapid antigen testing, and results are typically available in 15-20 minutes. All tests are by appointment only.

  • We are also distributing FREE at-home tests for everyone in the community. After May 11, 2023 everyone will continue to have access to COVID-19 vaccines at no cost, just as they did during the PHE. Once the federal government is no longer purchasing or distributing COVID-19 vaccines, payment, coverage, and access may change.

  • Stop by one of our clinics to pick up tests for you and your family today!

At-Home Covid-19 Testing Kits

One Community Health currently provides over-the-counter (OTC) COVID-19 tests free of charge at our clinics, while supplies remain available.

Stop by any of our clinics to pick tests up for you and your family. You can call us at 541-386-6380 to check on availability.
