All students planning to participate in school sports for the 2025-2026 school year need a sports physical prior to joining the team.

Limited spots available, scheduling in advance is recommended. Come in to cross sports physical exam off your summer to do list.

Before your child can play a sport, the state requires a sports physical to be completed by a medical provider. Physicals ensure a child’s safety and ability to participate in sports. During these visits you can also discuss physical and mental health, check their immunization records, and ask any health-related questions.

Don’t forget to bring a Sports Physical form signed by a parent/guardian.
